OPmobility in Zaragoza seeks a SILS Manager to lead safety, quality, production and HR documentation on the production line. You will supervise Line Leaders, manage maintenance activities in SAP, track KPIs such as OEE, and drive continuous improvement across the plant while coordinating with Projects and Logistics teams.

Formación

• Experience in SILS operations and governance.
• Knowledge of LOTO safety practices and compliance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper operation of the facilities and compliance with guidelines.
• Communicate and report on SILS operations to management, promoting improvements.
• Provide support to customer departments when requested.
• Approve process parameters, tests and measurements.
• Maintain Safety, Quality, Production and HR documentation.
• Organize plant audits related to Quality, 5S and LPA.
