A multinational consumer goods company is looking for a SHE Specialist in Leioa. This role involves supporting the SHE Manager and team on safety, health, and environmental risks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Sciences, and at least 3-5 years of industrial experience, preferring proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and excellent English communication skills. This position promotes a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.

Formación

• 3-5 years of professional experience in the industrial sector, preferably food/pharmaceutical.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, WCM, or TPM.
• High level of spoken and written English (B2 certificate or equivalent).
• Proficient in digital skills and office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the SHE manager in all safety/environmental matters.
• Assist with the implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Audit and monitor compliance with guidelines.
