For REWE digital Spain, a subsidiary of REWE Group, located in the Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA) in Malaga we are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer. As the central solution provider for information and telecommunications systems we plan, develop, configure, and operate efficient systems and applications for the REWE Group, one of the leading trade and tourism groups in Germany and Europe with around 390,000 employees.

Our team of more than 2,200 IT specialists sets standards for IT implementation in the retail industry and develops new technologies for the sector.

Today, we manage more than 80 logistics centers and more than 23,000 local network connections to ensure the continuous supply of data to the 32,000 scanner checkout counters in more than 7,300 stores.

The ServiceNOW project is working on standardizing IT service management processes and optimizing service request workflows. The ServiceNow team focuses on automating processes, integrating systems, and optimizing deployment processes.

What you will do :

• Design, implementation, and operation of a CI / CD pipeline for ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Integration of GitLab into the deployment and staging process
• Developing business rules, client scripts, and script includes in ServiceNow with JavaScript
• Using REST APIs and web services for system integration
• Automating tasks such as code analysis, unit tests, integration tests, and deployment
• Setting up monitoring and logging processes to monitor the ServiceNOW platform (CI / CD pipeline & integrations)

What you will bring :

• Experience with integrating GitLab into the deployment and staging process
• Knowledge of JavaScript for developing business rules, client scripts, and script includes in ServiceNow or comparable technologies
• Experience with REST APIs and web services for system integration
• Knowledge of code conflict analysis (code collision) & resolution
• Complete fluency in written and spoken English
