We are hiring a Service Catalogue Manager at NTT DATA, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Catalogue Manager to take ownership of the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Service Catalogue. This pivotal role ensures that all IT services are accurately documented, easily accessible, and aligned with business needs, enabling efficient service delivery and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Service Catalogue lifecycle, ensuring it reflects current and planned services.
  • Collaborate with service owners, architects, and delivery teams to define and update service entries.
  • Maintain metadata, taxonomy, and classification for all services.
  • Coordinate with Change, Release, and Configuration Managers to ensure catalogue accuracy.
  • Support the digitalisation and automation of the Service Catalogue (e.g., integration with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools).
  • Enable self-service capabilities and ensure service request workflows are properly linked.
  • Monitor service usage, feedback, and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organisational standards.
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards on service catalogue usage and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management or Service Design.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v4, especially Service Catalogue and Service Portfolio Management.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
