Lever, Inc. is seeking a Lead Vulnerability Intelligence Analyst based in Spain to drive real-world risk assessment of newly disclosed vulnerabilities. You will validate exploitability, analyze active exploitation, and translate findings into actionable intelligence for customers.

As a technical lead, you will design honeypots, automation, and tooling, mentor junior analysts, and establish standards for vulnerability assessment in a remote-friendly, internationally distributed team.

Formación

• Demonstrated subject-matter-expert-level knowledge of vulnerability research and intelligence.
• Proven ability to validate and test PoCs and assess exploitation credibility.
• Strong programming ability in at least one language to understand exploit code and develop tooling.
• Hands-on experience with VMs, containers, and isolated analysis environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical direction of the vulnerability intelligence practice and set standards for validation and communication.
• Research newly disclosed vulnerabilities and verify exploitability claims against real-world environments.
• Acquire, test, and validate PoCs in controlled environments.
• Design, build, and operate honeypots and sensor systems to monitor exploitation activity.
• Develop mitigation strategies when patching is delayed or unavailable.
• Develop methods to detect exploitation and translate findings into defensive guidance.
• Produce vulnerability intelligence reports detailing how exploits work, actors, targets, and recommended actions.
• Build automation to streamline assessment, triage, and analysis workflows.
• Identify new sources of vulnerability intelligence and integrate them into the lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and raise technical standards across the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in methodologies and tooling.
