Job summary

Scrambly is seeking a Video Editor to own the edit stage of our high-volume creative production across TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads. You will report to the Creative Producer and shape the narrative with professional storytelling and AI-assisted workflows.

Bring 3+ years as a professional video editor, strong film-structure fundamentals, and proficiency in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere. This fully remote, long-term role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling and film-structure fundamentals; dramaturgy, pacing, camera language.
• 3+ years as a professional video editor with diverse formats.
• Hands-on with AI video platforms; choose best tool for the job.
• Up-to-date with AI and video editing trends.
• Proficiency in editing software: Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and After Effects.
• Organized, fast, reliable; capable of high-volume delivery.
• Strong English communication (B2+) in briefs and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content across formats with clear narrative structure.
• Maintain professional editing standards: shot selection, rhythm, color
• Iterate on winning creatives based on performance data.
• AI-Native Production: generate and assemble AI footage.
• Collaborate daily with Creative Producer and team.
• Suggest hook and structure improvements; flag issues.
• Help refine editing playbook and ensure consistent quality.
