Qualificações

• Master's degree in finance and/or treasury.
• 7–10 years of experience in an international company or audit/consulting firm specializing in treasury.
• Strong teamwork, stress management, autonomy, determination, rigor, organization, curiosity, and negotiation skills.
• Technical skills in cash management, pooling techniques, knowledge of treasury systems (Kyriba is a plus), mastery of payment methods, and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily cash flow with a target of zero cash balance and minimize financial and banking fees.
• Establish the Group Treasury's liquidity position in different currencies and ensure proper execution of payments and management of bank balances.
• Oversee back office operations: validate, document, and follow up on financial operations initiated by the Front Office.
• Maintain and update procedures and controls related to Cash Management and Back Office; disseminate best practices in internal control.
• Administer treasury IT systems, train users, and participate in system development projects; gather user needs and implement changes.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors; draft specifications and operating manuals; support testing and validation of system changes.
