Perk is hiring a Senior Business Travel Consultant to elevate the experience of business travelers. You will specialize in Galileo or Amadeus systems, manage complex bookings, and deliver proactive support across live chat, phone and email. This role emphasizes accuracy, SLA discipline, and customer-centric solutions.

You will join a flexible, remote team with training in the Birmingham hub, contributing to a high-quality travel experience for a global client base.

Formación

• Experience in air fares and ticketing
• Expert knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus GDS
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant
• Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
• Organised, able to meet tight deadlines
• Proactive in resolving customer queries

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-class 7-star service to business travelers and manage bookings, amendments and cancellations
• Arrange European and domestic travel including flights, car rentals and hotels
• Work independently and handle client inquiries with initiative
• Communicate with clients via live chat, phone and email professionally
• Handle travel reservations and amendments for Click Travel customers with accuracy
• Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the travel process
• Offer suitable travel options to meet client requirements
• Maintain Galileo GDS queues and service level agreements
• Mentor junior team members and support Team Leader
