A leading energy company in Barcelona is seeking a highly skilled SysOps Engineer to provide advanced technical support and guide the Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in IT, proven experience in SysOps, and expertise in networking and system administration. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects within a collaborative team environment, ensuring high-quality infrastructure management.

Formación

• Proven experience in the SysOps / N3 role.
• Ability to train and provide technical support to service desks.
• Networking knowledge and experience (Firewalls, DNS, VPN, Proxies).

Responsabilidades

• Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk team.
• Administer and maintain identity and access management tools.
• Manage and maintain the Google Workspace environment.
