You will ensure quality, timelines, and budget objectives while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive study execution and operational excellence.

The role requires a strong background in clinical research, regulations, and risk management, plus leadership of global matrix teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a clinically relevant field.
• Significant experience leading clinical studies in pharma/biotech/CRO.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical studies from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget objectives are achieved.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or another clinically relevant discipline.

• Significant experience leading clinical studies within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organisations.

• Strong knowledge of international clinical research regulations, quality standards, and health authority requirements.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within complex global matrix environments.

• Excellent project management, planning, and risk management skills with a track record of delivery.

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: €63,600 to € 118,000

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
