Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Station Control engineer to design and implement SCADA-based control and protection solutions for substations and HV/MV networks across Europe. You will contribute across all project phases—from concept to commissioning—developing open/closed loop control strategies and protection philosophies in a global energy setting.

Qualifications

Development of engineering specifications for plant and station control systems.
Experience in SCADA, SRO, and network systems IEC 61850-based substation automation.
Development of protection philosophies, protection settings, and protection coordination studies.
Modelling, simulation using PSCAD/PSSE/PowerFactory and MATLAB/Simulink for protection and control.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement control philosophies for substations and HV/MV networks.
Specify, design and apply protection and control solutions for wide range of projects.
Contribute across all project phases—from concept to commissioning.
Develop open and closed loop control strategies and SCADA interfaces.
