• Expertise in Advantest V93K and Nextest Magnum 1/2.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with New Product Development to support product introduction, ramp, and test solution ownership.
• Develop, convert, and optimize test programs for Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms with robust coverage.
• Lead test program installation, correlation, qualification, and production release activities.
• Analyze test data to improve quality, yield, test time, and cost efficiency.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and implement cost-effective reliability solutions.
• Create innovative test methodologies and characterization programs for new products and quality improvements.
