ESTEVE is seeking a Senior Production Specialist – Spray Drying to lead industrialization, technology transfer, and continuous improvement of Spray Drying processes. You will act as the technical reference, ensure GMP compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scale-up, process robustness, and product quality.

Hybrid role in a dynamic pharmaceutical setting. The ideal candidate brings a chemistry/chemical engineering/pharma science background, 2+ years in API/pharma

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Industrialize new Spray Drying processes from development to commercial manufacturing.
• Act as the technical reference and Process Owner for Spray Drying.
• Lead continuous improvement, CPPs, DoE/QbD studies when applicable.
• Provide technical oversight during manufacturing campaigns and drive CAPAs and deviations.
