You will collaborate with large organizations to implement innovative solutions, deliver technical presentations, and engage in customer training. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise SaaS and a strong background in Cyber Threat Intelligence. The role includes responsibilities in both pre-sales and customer support, highlighting exceptional communication skills.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience in enterprise SaaS, Fortune 500 in a similar customer facing role.
• Working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages, modern object-oriented programming languages, databases, and analytical tools.
• Experience in active troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
