Prospecta Software busca un Consultor Senior de Soluciones para unirse a nuestra práctica MDO, apoyando el diseño y entrega de soluciones de gobernanza de datos en SAP. Se requiere experiencia profunda en SAP ERP, gobernanza de datos y MDG, con exposición a datos de Activos y Materiales.

Formación

• 10+ años de experiencia trabajando con SAP ERP.
• Mínimo de 2 proyectos de gobernanza de datos con MDG u otros productos de MDM.
• Experiencia implementando gobernanza de datos en SAP, incluyendo definición de reglas de negocio, diseño de flujos de trabajo y marcos de calidad de datos.
• Fuerte experiencia funcional en dominio de Activos (Plant Maintenance) y/o Dominio de Material (Material Master, MRP, Purchasing).
• Experiencia liderando o participando en sesiones de recopilación de requisitos con stakeholders de negocio.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y apoyar talleres de recopilación de requisitos con stakeholders para definir reglas de negocio, estándares de datos y flujos de gobernanza para activos y/o materiales.
• Traducir requisitos a diseños funcionales para procesos de gobernanza de datos dentro de MDO.
• Trabajar con equipos de desarrollo para definir requerimientos técnicos y soportar RFCs, módulos de función y mejoras.
• Diseñar y validar reglas de calidad de datos, estructuras de clasificación y modelos de datos maestros.
• Soportar configuración y pruebas de flujos de gobernanza, asegurando alineación entre reglas y comportamiento del sistema.
• Actuar como enlace entre stakeholders y equipos técnicos durante todo el ciclo del proyecto.
• Contribuir a documentación de soluciones, especificaciones funcionales y scripts de prueba.
• Proporcionar orientación en estructuras de datos maestros de SAP y mejores prácticas de gobernanza de datos.

About the Job:

Position: Senior Solution Consultant

Location: Europe (Preferably Spain/London)

Role Summary: Prospecta is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Master Data Online (MDO) practice, supporting the design and delivery of enterprise data governance solutions on SAP. The successful candidate will bring deep SAP ERP experience, a strong background in data governance and master data management (MDG or equivalent), and hands‑on exposure to Asset and Material data domains. This is a client‑facing role spanning requirement gathering, governance design, and close collaboration with technical build teams to deliver configured and custom solutions.

Must Have:

• 10+ years of overall experience working with SAP ERP systems.
• Minimum of 2 data governance projects involving SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or related master data management products.
• Demonstrated experience implementing data governance projects for SAP, including business rule definition, workflow design, and data quality frameworks.
• Strong functional experience in the Asset domain (e.g., SAP Plant Maintenance) and/or Material domain (e.g., Material Master, MRP, Purchasing).
• Proven experience leading or actively participating in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with technical/build teams on custom development, including RFCs, function modules, or other SAP enhancements supporting governance workflows.
• Solid understanding of master data lifecycle management, data classification, and data quality validation principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical audiences.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with ISO 14224 or other asset/equipment classification standards.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) transactions and master data objects (e.g., IE03, IL03, QS41, CT04, CL02).
• Exposure to Master Data Online (MDO) or comparable master data governance platforms.
• Background in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, or Utilities.
• Prior consulting experience, with a track record of client‑facing solution delivery.
• Experience in data analytics, data quality management, or data transformation.
• Good knowledge of scripting languages — Python, R, or SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders to define business rules, data standards, and governance workflows for master data (Asset and/or Material domains).
• Translate business requirements into functional designs for data governance processes, validation rules, and approval workflows within MDO.
• Partner with Build teams to define technical requirements and support the development of custom RFCs, function modules, and enhancements needed to operationalize governance rules in SAP.
• Design and validate data quality rules, classification structures, and master data models aligned to industry standards and client‑specific requirements.
• Support configuration and testing of governance workflows, ensuring alignment between business rules and system behavior.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, from design through go‑live and stabilization.
• Contribute to solution documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts to support project delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Provide subject matter guidance on SAP master data structures, data governance best practices, and related tools and processes.
• Participate in the sales cycle by supporting product demonstrations and contributing to the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW) for prospective clients.
