Siemens is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for IT/OT Security Platforms in Madrid to define target architectures and align them with cybersecurity goals. You will design secure IT/OT communication based on Zero Trust and enable AI-enabled use cases across factories.

In this role you will translate requirements into scalable roadmaps, collaborate with service owners, vendors, and technology partners, and help integrate security across brownfield environments while advancing the platform

Experteer Overview As Solution Architect for IT/OT Security Platforms, you define the target architecture for strategic services and align it with Siemens cybersecurity and business goals. You will design secure IT/OT communication based on Zero Trust and enable scalable, future-ready solutions, including AI-enabled use cases. You’ll support factories in integrating security into brownfield environments and translate requirements into roadmaps. This role shapes the evolution of Siemens’ IT/OT security platforms and drives AI-native OT security services.

• Design and evolve target architecture for IT/OT Security Platforms (SINEC Secure Connect and ManageEngine)
• Define secure IT/OT communication concepts based on Zero Trust; develop architectures for remote access, machine connectivity, application communication, and AI-driven use cases
• Support factories in integrating modern security/management solutions into brownfield environments considering legacy systems
• Translate business, security, and operational requirements into scalable architectures, governance models, standards, and roadmaps
• Collaborate with factories, cybersecurity teams, service owners, vendors, and technology partners to establish architecture standards and drive service adoption
• Define integration concepts between connectivity services, endpoint management, monitoring solutions, automation frameworks, and enterprise systems
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to the evolution of Siemens' IT/OT security and platform landscape
• Enable data-driven and AI-supported operational use cases by designing architectures for secure data flows, automation, analytics, and interoperability
• Shape the journey to AI-native OT security services
