Plain Concepts is expanding its development teams and seeks Software Developers with strong web development experience, solid Azure knowledge, and readiness to tackle frontend challenges. As Full Stack Developers at Plain Concepts, you will join multidisciplinary, agile teams, design architectures, review code, and drive best practices while learning across multiple client projects.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing backend architectures for complex applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns.
• Experience integrating AI-powered solutions and AI APIs.
• Experience using Azure services.
• Solid testing experience (unit, integration).
• Knowledge of CI/CD in software development.
• Good English in an international environment.
• Ability to lead client meetings and manage backlogs.

We are expanding our development teams and although we don’t care much about titles, we call this role Software Developer and the key is having a strong experience in software development in web environments, good knowledge in Azure and not afraid to tackle Frontend challenges.

In Plain Concepts, you and all your teammates will be Full Stack Developers, focusing your expertise in different specializations, but with a constant desire to keep learning and help developing all the parts of the software.

Our vision is to build multidisciplinary and diverse teams which directly manage by themselves multiple projects in an AGILE way to find and implement the best solutions for our clients

What will you do?

• Projects from scratch with the latest technologies.
• Design of architecture and the decision-making process in a constructive environment with co-creation dynamics.
• Participate, review, help and take care of the projects where your teammates are involved.
• Work with scrum methodology.
• Be a key player in the development of the best practices, clean and reusable code.
• Be up to date with the latest tools and technologies in the market.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience working with .Net.
• Proven experience designing and implementing backend architectures for complex applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable backend solutions.
• Experience integrating and leveraging AI-powered solutions, such as Generative AI, AI APIs, copilots, chatbots, or intelligent automation features.
• Experience using AZURE services.
• Solid experience with testing (unit testing, integration tests, etc.).
• Knowledge in CI/CD application as an essential part of software development.
• Good English level (international environment).
• Passion for technology and software development.
• Previous experience leading client meetings.Constant drive to learn and ability to learn quickly.

• You not only create code from tickets, you take care of the backlog, features and functionalities.
• Experience working with any frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).
• You have experience of training teams or doing technical interviews.
• You have previously worked in a multidisciplinary team with multiple projects.
• You like to lead a technical projects through to completion.
