TechTeamz León is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join an international team working on embedded platforms and space technology in Spain. The role focuses on developing software for ground systems, drivers, and advanced testing within a Linux-based environment.

You will work with Zephyr RTOS, Yocto, and ARM/x86 targets, contributing across the software stack, from bring-up to CI/CD, and supporting long-term maintainability and debugging.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong C/C++ and Python skills.
• Experience with Zephyr RTOS, Yocto and Linux development.
• Experience developing for ARM and/or x86.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows and automated testing.
• Experience with platforms such as Xilinx Zynq-7000, NXP i.MX RT, AVR32 or STM32.

Responsabilidades

• Develop embedded software using Zephyr RTOS and Yocto-based Embedded Linux.
• Build low-level drivers, middleware and applications for communication and satellite systems.
• Develop Linux applications supporting ground-based communication infrastructure.
• Create and maintain automated Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) tests.
• Support board bring-up, debugging and performance optimization.
• Contribute to software architecture, CI/CD, testing and long-term maintainability.
• Provide technical support and guidance around system usage, APIs and troubleshooting.
