ERNI is seeking a Senior Software Technical Lead to shape the technology roadmap for robotics and industrial automation projects in the Barcelona/Sabadell area. You will guide architecture decisions and drive the software product roadmap while collaborating with a team of experts.

The role emphasizes autonomy, mentoring, and opportunity to influence project decisions. It supports a hybrid model with on-site work two days per week and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead or Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and React.
• Experience defining software product roadmaps and technology strategies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical decisions and lead engineering teams.
• Advanced English proficiency; availability to work on-site 2 days per week in Barcelona-Sabadell; Python/robotics/industrial automation is a plus.
