Omega CRM Consulting, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to collaborate with a leading pharmaceutical client. You will design, develop, and maintain SFMC solutions across multiple international markets, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and integrations.

You will work closely with System Lead and developers, ensuring data privacy and compliance across PDPA/GDPR, and deliver scalable customer engagement programs with a strong ownership mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years of Salesforce solution delivery with Marketing Cloud specialization.
• Experience in system integration and migration is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong Agile delivery and product development lifecycle background.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Journey & Automation orchestration and multi-org connectors.
• Design, develop and support SFMC solutions across markets.
• Collaborate on integrations between SFMC, CDP, Data Cloud and source systems.
• Ensure privacy compliance (PDPA/GDPR) and consent management.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation and perform impact assessments.
• Incident resolution and monitoring; coordinate with team for quality delivery.
• Work with System Lead and developers to plan and execute tasks.
