Blue Array is launching a new Seville office and seeks a talented SEO Manager to join the founding team. You will own the strategy, lead senior client relationships, and guide technical, analytical, and creative work behind campaigns.

You'll set the roadmap, defend it to stakeholders, and be accountable for results while mentoring colleagues and contributing to growth across the UK and Spain.

Formación

• Experienced SEO professional with a track record managing client accounts and stakeholders at a senior level.
• Able to set strategy, defend it to senior stakeholders, and own the results.
• Proven ability to lead technical audits, keyword research, and content recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SEO performance for client accounts end-to-end and defend the strategy at senior level.
• Direct technical audits, keyword research, content recommendations, and client reports.
• Monitor sites daily/weekly/monthly and adjust course to hit North Star metrics.
• Mentor colleagues, share best practices, and stay updated on SEO trends.
• Identify upsell opportunities and manage workload across the team.
