Blue Array is launching its Seville office and seeks an experienced SEO Manager to take full strategic ownership of multiple client accounts. You will lead the technical, analytical, and creative work, defend strategy to senior stakeholders, and be accountable for results.

Responsibilities include end-to-end SEO for accounts, directing audits and keyword research, mentoring, and pursuing upsell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and staying current with industry trends.

Formación

• Experience in leading large-scale SEO campaigns for multiple clients.
• Strong strategic planning and performance tracking abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SEO performance for client accounts end-to-end, setting and defending strategy at senior level.
• Direct technical audits, keyword research, and content recommendations, and prepare client reports and forecasts.
• Monitor client websites daily, weekly, and monthly, adjusting strategy to meet North Star metrics.
• Lead relationships within the client team, including marketing, developers, content writers, and social media teams.
• Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities within client accounts.
• Set best practices across the team and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and represent the company in external forums.
• Educate other areas of the business on SEO impact.
• Possibility to line-manage an SEO Specialist.
