Ledn is seeking a Senior Security Engineer & CISO for the Spain entity to strengthen product, cloud, and software delivery security. This hands-on role combines engineering with governance, including CNMV and DORA-related responsibilities, reporting to the board, and coordinating with risk and compliance teams.

You will conduct threat modeling, Red/Purple team exercises, and secure SDLC improvements while partnering with engineers and auditors to ensure secure, scalable solutions in a

• 5+ years in security engineering or related fields with a security focus.
• Hands-on penetration testing across web apps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Production code review skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar.
• Threat modeling and secure design experience translating risks into engineering requirements.
• Strong AWS security expertise in multi-account environments and IAM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security reviews for new designs and features; translate threats into engineering requirements.
• Plan and execute hands-on testing of web apps, APIs, mobile services, and infrastructure.
• Run red-team and purple-team exercises; improve preventive controls and telemetry.
• Define risk-based security standards for pull requests and CI workflows.
• Review production code and architecture for vulnerabilities in authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Harden AWS multi-account environment; review Cloudflare configurations and edge security.
• Own security governance for repositories, CI workflows, and dependency controls.
• Triage findings from internal testing and third-party assessments; drive remediation.
