At Schneider Electric, our values – IMPACT (Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, Teamwork) – are the foundation of everything we do.

Becoming an Impact Maker means turning sustainability ambitions into actions at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization.

Are you ready to lead the digital transformation to create a more sustainable world?

If you are up to challenge your creativity and make an impact, we are excited to welcome you!

As a Senior Project Manager, you lead the end-to-end execution of projects involving physical products, electromechanical hardware, equipment and infrastructure, ensuring delivery within committed timelines, budget, quality and customer requirements, aligning team efforts with offer goals and ensuring that Agile principles and practices are adhered to throughout the offer lifecycle.

You coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and work closely with stakeholders involved in areas such as electromechanical, testing, marketing, industrialization, manufacturing and supply chain.

This role requires a strong Project Management background in electronicmechanical hardware or industrial environments. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is also important, as you will work with backlogs, priorities, iterations and cross-functional teams. You facilitate the appropriate Agile/Scrum rituals, support backlog prioritization and help teams improve their way of working. You remove impediments, drive decision-making and promote continuous improvement while keeping a strong focus on delivery and project execution.

You exercise independent judgment to resolve issues impacting project results, often working across multiple teams and in situations where priorities or dependencies may change.

You act as an intermediary between the development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are kept informed and aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of projects related with electromechanical hardware products, from customer requirements through planning and delivery.
  • Enable aligned execution with Team/Squad goals and backlog. Deliver the global roadmap of offers and releases, considering technology, feasibility, resources, and faster Time-to-Market Develop.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership of activities and deliverables, Product Portfolio Management management, including the milestone planning, budget forecasting, and tracking on the expense and resource.
  • Partner with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to align priorities, backlog and project execution.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum where appropriate to organize and improve project delivery.
  • Facilitate key team rituals such as planning, regular team updates, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and impediments, driving decisions and escalation when needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, factories, external partners or customers when required by the project.
  • Communicate, provide clear project status to stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for project execution.
  • Support continuous improvement and help execution teams improve performance, collaboration and autonomy.
