Job summary

PwC Málaga hub is seeking a Senior Associate Scrum Master to lead and coach agile delivery across data and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on enabling fast, reliable data-driven decisions and fostering strong collaboration among multidisciplinary teams in a Big Data environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, solid Scrum Master credentials (CSM or equivalent), and proficiency with Python, data modeling, and NoSQL/SQL databases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with agile frameworks / scrum.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience in development of analytical models, machine learning, data mining.
• Experience with big data or large data processing.
• System integration experience.
