Job summary

JobServe Ltd seeks a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations from planning through go-live and governance. This freelance, 6-month contract is based in Barcelona, Spain with remote work and limited travel to the Barcelona hub.

You will own delivery, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality documentation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP project delivery experience, strong leadership, and excellent English

Qualifications

5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end SAP projects.
Strong SAP/S/4HANA implementation background.
Proven track record managing full SAP lifecycles.
Excellent project execution and delivery management capabilities.
Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership skills coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of complex SAP projects from planning to go-live and delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and governance artifacts.
Own delivery, ensure activities meet scope, time, and budget.
Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across levels.
Provide regular status updates and governance documentation to leadership.
Maintain project governance and reporting controls.
