Job summary

ADP is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate, optimize, and evolve its SAP platform supporting GlobalView. You will be a SME driving performance, availability, and scalability across enterprise systems while mentoring teams and shaping infrastructure decisions that impact thousands of businesses globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration on ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Experience designing high-availability SAP landscapes with DR/RPO considerations.
• Strong Linux administration (SUSE/Red Hat), virtualization, networking, and storage for SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & support SAP workloads on prem and new S/4HANA systems on RISE.
• Support migration to SAP ECS/RISE.
• Portal administration and SSO integration; manage web dispatchers, firewalls, certs.
• Proactively monitor system health and drive performance tuning.
• Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor engineers and maintain runbooks and documentation.
