Prospecta is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join our MDO practice, delivering data governance solutions on SAP across asset- and material-focused domains. The role is client-facing and spans requirement gathering, governance design, and collaboration with technical build teams.

Ideal candidates bring deep SAP ERP experience, MDG or equivalent mastery, and strong data governance know-how. The position supports a flexible hybrid Europe-wide model, with opportunities for global projects.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Minimum of 2 data governance projects involving MDG or similar.
• Experience implementing data governance for SAP with rules, workflows and data quality.
• Functional asset and/or material data domain experience (e.g., Plant Maintenance or Material Master).
• Proven ability to lead or participate in requirements sessions with business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on custom development and SAP enhancements.
• Strong understanding of master data lifecycle, classification and data quality principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders to define rules and governance workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs for data governance within MDO.
• Collaborate with Build teams to define technical requirements and RFCs for governance rules in SAP.
• Design and validate data quality rules and master data models aligned to standards.
• Support configuration and testing of governance workflows ensuring alignment with rules.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams through project lifecycle.
• Contribute to solution documentation, specs, and test scripts for delivery and transfer.
• Provide SME guidance on SAP master data structures and governance best practices.
• Assist in sales cycles via product demos and drafting Statements of Work (SOW).
