Luxoft Spain is seeking a seasoned SAP Basis Expert to manage and optimize the SAP landscape across development, QA, and production environments. The role focuses on system administration, database management, performance tuning, and cloud integration with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

The ideal candidate will drive upgrades, patching, security, and transport management while coordinating with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure stability and scalability of SAP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on SAP Basis administration.
• Proven SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and SAP HANA experience.
• Strong SAP security, Transport Management, and Change Control knowledge.
• Linux/Unix and Windows OS/database administration experience.
• Familiarity with SCP/BTP and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of HA/DR setups and recovery strategies.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, PI/PO) across landscapes.
• Installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• Manage system performance, tuning, and runtime issue troubleshooting.
• Maintain SAP databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and backups.
• Implement and manage SAP transport management (TMS).
• Ensure security via roles, authorizations, and SSL certificates.
• Coordinate with cloud/infrastructure for Azure, AWS, or GCP deployments.
• Support integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Plan system refreshes, client copies, and DR exercises.
• Provide go-live support during maintenance windows.
• Monitor and optimize for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain detailed documentation and runbooks.
