Job summary

Qualifications

• At least four years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally with Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with Git-based source control, peer reviews and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Build and maintain solutions using Apex, triggers, LWCs, Salesforce Flow and configuration.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into secure, maintainable technical solutions.
• Determine balance between configuration, declarative automation and custom development.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce administrative components (users, roles, profiles, permissions).
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external apps using REST APIs.
