You will lead the development lifecycle of Service Cloud solutions, focusing on requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Service Cloud, and is motivated to grow into a Salesforce Architect role. This position requires strong technical skills, autonomy, and excellent communication in English.

This position requires strong technical ownership, autonomy and the ability to detect needs early while designing scalable and maintainable solutions.

Your Tasks

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will join an international engineering team focused on delivering robust Service Cloud solutions.

You will drive the complete lifecycle of your developments, from requirement analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.

You will break down complex business needs into clear technical tasks, document solutions and provide accurate estimations.

You will promote transparency by presenting design decisions to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment and timely communication.

You will support internal teams with both strategic and operational guidance, helping shape long term technical direction and best practices.

You will contribute to establishing standards, patterns and strong engineering foundations that prepare you for a natural progression into an Architect path.

Your Profile

Minimum 6 years of hands on experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Service Cloud.

Deep experience with Apex, LWC and declarative components, delivering complex and high impact features.

Solid integration background working with REST, SOAP, External Objects, Platform Events and Bulk API.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, design patterns, modularity and scalable solution design.

Experience working in international environments with complex systems and large data volumes.

Ability to detect issues, anticipate risks, propose improvements and operate with high autonomy.

Comfortable working in Agile environments with changing requirements and fast paced delivery.

Excellent communication skills and strong English level for daily technical collaboration.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant are a strong plus.

Clear motivation to grow into a Salesforce Architect role in the medium term.
