A leading digital marketing firm in Madrid is seeking a Client Lead to manage client interactions and enhance customer satisfaction throughout their journey. You will collaborate with project managers and identify opportunities for growth, while also leading negotiations and ensuring project success. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in account management and technology consulting, along with strong skills in Salesforce. This role offers a permanent contract and flexibility in work hours.

Formación

  • Large account management experience.
  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
  • At least 6 years of previous experience in business / technology consulting.
  • Previous experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in digital projects.
  • Experience in international projects.
  • High level of English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage client interactions throughout their Customer Journey Map.
  • Collaborate with PMs to ensure project success.
  • Lead negotiations and prepare commercial offers.
  • Monitor project progress and manage communications.
  • Identify Up & Cross-Selling opportunities.
  • Lead post-project retrospectives.

Conocimientos

Large account management experience
Experience in Salesforce ecosystem
At least 6 years previous experience in business/technology consulting
Previous experience in Project Management
Experience in digital projects
Experience in international projects
High level of English
Other European languages
