Trust In Soda is seeking a Senior SailPoint Engineer & Operations SME to support and enhance a mature Identity Governance and Administration platform within a large enterprise. The successful candidate will develop, administer, integrate, and continuously improve SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) while collaborating with technology and business stakeholders.

• 10+ years of Identity & Access Management experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) experience.
• Strong expertise in SailPoint workflows, lifecycle events, and role management.
• Java or BeanShell scripting experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Build and maintain workflows, rules, provisioning policies, and application integrations.
• Develop and support connectors for enterprise applications.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
• Perform platform upgrades, maintenance, and environment migrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot identity aggregation, provisioning, and certification processes.
• Maintain platform documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Configure and manage access certification campaigns.
• Assist with role engineering, role maintenance, and access reviews.
• Partner with business teams, application owners, and IT stakeholders.
• Support user adoption and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to IAM roadmap and continuous improvement activities.
