ENGIE España, Madrid headquarters, seeks a Senior Asset Manager to maximize value across a renewable portfolio. You will lead asset management activities, ensuring alignment with business plans, financial performance, and governance, while coordinating with Operations, Energy Management and Finance teams.

The role requires autonomy and ownership, with responsibility for strategic decision-making and long-term portfolio success within ENGIE's renewable energy business.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree in Energy Management or related field valued.
• Minimum 5 years of Asset Management or related experience.
• Experience with renewable assets (solar, wind, BESS).
• Strong understanding of energy markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets and financial models.
• Proficient in contract & stakeholder management.
• Fluent English (B2-C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead asset management best practices across the portfolio in line with ENGIE standards.
• Prepare, monitor and optimize budgets, forecasts and business plans with risk/opportunity analysis.
• Monitor KPI s, revenues, costs, production, availability and deviations vs targets.
• Drive performance improvements with Operations, O&M and Energy Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory, HSE and governance requirements.
• Manage relations with investors, lenders, partners and service providers.
• Coordinate SPV governance activities and shareholder reporting.
