Skilled in applying business knowledge to advance organizational goals

Effective in verbal communication to convey ideas clearly (fluent English is a must have)

Integrate recruitment strategies to attract, shortlist, select, and appoint suitable candidates for various jobs, whether permanent or temporary, within the organization globally

Ensure the hiring of new employees by employing comprehensive recruitment processes

Perform online research and conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate candidate applications and identify those that do not meet key criteria

Interview candidates and provide detailed feedback into the applicant tracking system (Staffing Board) following a specified interview framework

Build and nurture effective working relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide exceptional service
