You will manage client relationships and oversee the full sales cycle in the luxury real estate market. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial areas, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Main responsibilities

• Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place.
• Manage client relationships – giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox
• Business development in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list, network activities, etc
• Deal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post completion of the sales deals
• Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers in order to close deals
• Keep the CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial areas - specific knowledge of Girona's key areas.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalán (other languages are a plus).
• Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results
• Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international collaborator team
• Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person
• Outstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients
• Competitive salary plus attractive variable compensation
