Job summary

Werfen, a global leader in diagnostics, seeks a Solutions QA Leader to strengthen quality across the software development lifecycle. You will work with Solutions Leaders to deliver high-quality software releases and actively contribute to the Quality Management System.

You will coordinate QA activities with the Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs - Digital Solutions, promote a quality-focused culture, and ensure compliance with medical device standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a QA related role.
• Knowledge in SW development methodologies, preferably within healthcare.
• Experience in creating or revising comprehensive software product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA activities for all SW development products with the Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs – Digital Solutions.
• Ingrain quality as a core discipline into every aspect of the SW development squads.
• Ensure that SW development teams are informed with QA processes and customer requirements to deliver quality products.
• Oversee QA-approved project documents and maintain the QMS and related processes.
