Job summary

ManpowerGroup España in Barcelona seeks a Quality Assurance professional to review and ensure compliance of all procedures with cGMP and plasma testing standards. You will oversee regulatory alignment and drive quality improvements across the laboratories.

The role involves supervising the quality system, managing quality projects, and supporting inspections; leading root cause analyses, Change Controls, and ongoing quality culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Review procedures to ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Supervise lab quality system and quality culture.
• Ensure incidents are investigated with root cause analysis.
• Support internal and external regulatory inspections and audits.
• Manage Plasma Testing Laboratories quality projects.
• Participate in Change Controls and laboratory meetings.
• Coordinate tasks across laboratory areas.

Responsibilities

• To review and ensure that all procedures established are in accordance to cGMP.
• To supervise GEPD Plasma Testing Laboratories quality system and quality culture.
• To ensure investigation for incidents are initiated, as well as root cause analysis are properly in place.
• To participate and support internal and external regulatory inspections and audits performed in the Laboratories.
• To manage and supervise Plasma Testing Laboratories Quality projects.
• Actively participate in Laboratory meetings for the follow-up of activities related to open Change Controls.
