UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design, build, and maintain backend systems. The role emphasizes Python expertise with strong SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL skills and experience with CI/CD. This is a 100% remote position for Spain-based candidates, with advanced English required.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions, participate in code reviews, and ensure reliability and security of distributed services. A CS/SE degree is preferred.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional Python experience.
• Strong experience with relational DBs: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Strong troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python.
• Develop and manage database solutions using SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in complex distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure software reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
