UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join a strategic Wealth Management project in Madrid. You will develop and automate critical business processes using Python, SQL, and REST APIs, and gain exposure to Automic Automation (UC4) in an international environment.

The role is hybrid: Madrid city center, 3 days in the office. English is a must; Spanish desirable. You will work on a globally distributed team and contribute to automation and integration efforts across platforms.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Python developer.

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a strategic project with one of our global clients in the Wealth Management sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, contributing to the development and automation of critical business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills, solid SQL knowledge, experience working with REST APIs, and an interest in learning and working with Automic Automation (UC4).

?Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.

?Language: English is a must. Spanish desirable.

? Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Ability and willingness to learn and work with Automic Automation (UC4).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent English.

?Nice to Have

• Previous experience with job scheduling or workload automation platforms.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management environments.
• Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools.

? Work schedule

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
