• For this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management in technical industries such as aerospace or manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end purchasing processes from RFQ to PO placement and supplier follow-up.
• Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers ensuring cost, quality, lead time and capability alignment.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and Incoterms with strategic suppliers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to manage specs, ECOs/ECRs and supplier qualification by commodity.
• Coordinate with SQA and Quality teams on supplier qualification and NCRs.
• Monitor procurement KPIs (OTD, cost savings, lead time, quality) and drive improvements.
• Mitigate supply risks with dual-sourcing and contingency planning; support CAPEX/NPI alignment.
• Maintain procurement docs in ERP/SAP and ensure policy compliance.

What is it like to be a Purchasing Specialist at DHV Technology?

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing the procurement of materials through strategic supplier negotiations, the evaluation of alternative components, and ensuring the efficient execution of purchasing processes. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the company, helping us achieve our ambitious goals in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end purchasing processes, from Request for Quotation (RFQ) through purchase order placement, contract management, and supplier follow up activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers, ensuring competitiveness in terms of cost, quality, lead time, and manufacturing capability.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, lead times, Incoterms, and framework agreements aligned with the company's procurement strategy.
• Work closely with Engineering to manage technical specifications, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs/ECRs), and supplier qualification by commodity.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and Quality teams on supplier qualification, non conformities, and continuous improvement plans for critical suppliers.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve procurement and supplier KPIs (OTD, cost savings, lead time, quality, and supply risks), driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage supply chain risks by implementing dual sourcing strategies, contingency plans, and close monitoring of strategic suppliers.
• Support CAPEX initiatives, industrialization activities, and new product introduction (NPI) projects by aligning technical and commercial requirements.
• Maintain contractual and procurement documentation within ERP/SAP and other corporate systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and quality standards applicable to the supply chain.

Education & Requirements

For this position, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Additional training in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Negotiation is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management within technical industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, defense, industrial engineering, or New Space.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Technical Skills

Candidates should demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in:

• RFQ/RFP management.
• Supplier negotiation, cost analysis, contract management, Incoterms, basic interpretation of engineering drawings/BOMs, and industrial manufacturing processes.
• Experience using ERP/SAP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and procurement/supplier KPI analysis tools.
