Ramboll is seeking aSenior Project Manager in its Energy division to lead complex national and international electrical projects with a focus on critical infrastructure and HV projects. You will engage from concept through commissioning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a professional, evolving environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, technical review, and client relationship management to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative power solutions.

Qualificações

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience with critical infrastructure projects (HV cables, HV substations, offshore wind, data centres).
• Significant project management experience in similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage time, quality, and financial aspects to meet deadlines and project criteria across infrastructure, HV cables, substations, offshore wind, or data centres.
• Review electrical designs and studies as a technical guide.
• Ensure Ramboll QA/QC procedures and power systems standards are followed.
• Lead design meetings and coordinate multiple disciplines.
• Build and maintain client relationships and align projects with client objectives.

Your new role

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will participate in a wide range of complex national and international projects with a strong focus on critical infrastructure and HV projects. The scope of work spans from early concept development and interface definition with TSOs through specification, detailed design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning. Projects are delivered in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a highly professional and continuously developing environment alongside experienced colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Manage time, quality and financial aspects on projects to meet deadlines and project success criteria acrosscritical infrastructure, HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind or Datacentre projects.
• Technical engineer, guiding and reviewing designs. This requires knowledge about engineering principles and the ability to review electrical system studies and calculations.
• Ensure Ramboll QA/QC procedures are implemented. Understand and implement codes and standards related to the power systems environment.
• Host and lead design meetings and follow up on work performed by all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical, Site Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, etc.
• Build client relationships and convey technical knowledge convincingly through effective communication and ensuring projects are aligned with Client objectives.

About You

• Electrical engineering degree, B.Eng., BS or MS
• Proven experience with critical infrastructure, HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind or Datacentre projects.
• Significant project management experience – preferably within a similar role
• Team Leadership and Development - you have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate effectively with employees and clients, resolve conflicts, and foster an environment of continuous learning and development.
• Advanced knowledge of project development stages, including siting, feasibility, conceptual design, FEED, procurement, and EPC delivery.)
