Evinova, a healthtech leader based in Barcelona, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex clinical operations projects for enterprise accounts. You will steer planning, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, client-facing leadership, and a strong commercial mindset to drive value for both Evinova and its customers.

Formación

• Proven understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements, including eCOA or ePRO implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• PMP certification, and/or equivalent project management accreditation preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in digital or technology project leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across diverse global teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deliver tough messages empathetically and maintain positive relationships.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing project scope, contracts, and budgets.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at Evinova, you will directly manage projects of all complexity levels, for a designated account, ensuring successful delivery through project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and agile execution. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can navigate complex clinical operations landscapes, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Operate within the bounds of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), with a strong understanding of Clinical Operations and eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments).
• Maintain a commercial mindset, ensuring your projects deliver value for both Evinova and customers.
• Capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvements across the project management function.
• Champion change initiatives by following change management best practices and aligning project outcomes with strategic objectives, product releases and cross‑functional teams through complex transitions

You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy. You have experience in managing projects for enterprise customers and a foundational understanding of clinical operations. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are passionate about improving healthcare through technology.
