We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-impact Oracle HCM Cloud transformation program in Spain within the banking sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise system transformations and will be comfortable leading cross‑functional teams in a regulated environment.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
  • 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in HRIS or enterprise system transformations (e.g., ERP, HCM).
  • Proven experience in technical migration and system integration projects (HRIS, ERP, etc.).
  • Strong background in client‑facing project management, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and demand management tools.
  • Experience working in regulated environments and managing compliance processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • English and Spanish fluent
🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Oracle HCM transformation program in Spain.
  • Develop and maintain the detailed project plan (timeline, milestones, dependencies).
  • Establish governance model: steering committee coordination, KPI dashboards, risk / issue logs.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Ensure alignment with Group‑wide application strategy and demand management (JIRA).
  • Oversee compliance activities and coordinate with local regulators and Group teams.
  • Manage project documentation with version control and centralized storage.
  • Apply Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
