CHAMP Cargosystems, a leading IT solutions provider for air cargo, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive complex engagements across a global customer base. You will forecast, plan milestones, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and commercial success.

Based in Spain (preferred) with flexible options for Luxembourg or the UK, you will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent.
• Formal project management training or certification.
• Risk management training desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage programs and projects from bidding to closure, building business cases and capacity plans.
• Lead project teams and communicate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering against goals and objectives.
• Document project activities and prepare status, variance and steering reports.
• Manage commercial outcomes including margin, forecast to completion and revenue impact.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and secure terms aligned with obligations.
• Plan transition of delivered solutions into operational support and ensure a smooth handover.
• Mentor and coach project managers and capture lessons learned for future engagements.
