Formación

• 8+ years experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets, particularly Fixed Income and Interest Rate Derivatives.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Define and coordinate Product Vision and Roadmap for interest rate product trading.
• Manage Product Backlog, writing clear User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Trading and Sales desks and other stakeholders.
• Validate deliverables at the end of each Sprint to ensure high quality.
