Job description

About The Company

At Maisa, we believe great work happens when people have the freedom to choose the setup that works best for them.

Prefer the flexibility of remote work?

You’re welcome to work remotely. Most of our roles are currently focused on Spain, although depending on the position and profile, we may be open to hiring from other locations.

Looking for some social energy?

Our hybrid setup gives you the option to connect and work alongside teammates at our hubs in Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid and Murcia. And as we grow, our spaces will grow with us: when we build a team of more than 10 people in a location, our ambition is to create a hub there too.

We also want the time we spend together in person to be worth it. Today, that includes weekly transportation from the city center to our Valencia headquarters and weekly team lunches in Valencia and Barcelona, with more experiences to come as our teams and hubs evolve.

The Culture is OURS to Create

We’re still shaping how we work together—and that’s part of what makes joining Maisa now specifically exciting.

Everyone who joins has the opportunity to influence how we collaborate, connect, and build our culture. Rather than inheriting a finished playbook, you’ll have a voice in creating it.

Remote when you want flexibility. Together when you want connection. And a culture you can help shape from day one.

About The Role

The Role

At Maisa, we're making AI accountable. We're building enterprise AI technology designed for organisations where reliability, traceability, and operational performance aren't optional. But building differentiated technology is only half the challenge. Making sure the market understands why it matters is just as important.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and own our product marketing function from the ground up.

You’ll define how Maisa is positioned, how we communicate our value, how we bring products to market, and how we equip our commercial teams to win.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a polished playbook. You'll create it.

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating complex AI capabilities into compelling business narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.

Our market is evolving, our buyers are still being defined, and our ambition is global. We need someone who can bring clarity to complexity, structure to ambiguity, and turn strong technology into a competitive advantage.

What You'll Own
Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Build and own Maisa's positioning, messaging architecture, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities, including generative and agentic AI, into clear, credible business value for enterprise buyers.
  • Define and refine buyer personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and market segmentation as our go-to-market strategy evolves.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling product narrative across our website, commercial materials, campaigns, and external communications.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches
  • Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, feature releases, and new capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align launch priorities, messaging, and execution.
  • Develop launch plans, product briefs, release communications, and supporting marketing assets.
  • Monitor launch effectiveness, product adoption, and customer feedback to continuously improve our approach.
Sales Enablement & Customer Proof
  • Equip our Sales team with the messaging, knowledge, and materials they need to navigate complex enterprise buying journeys.
  • Create high-impact sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, and product presentations.
  • Develop customer case studies, reference materials, and proof-of-value narratives that strengthen buyer confidence.
  • Work directly with commercial teams to understand objections, competitive dynamics, and what actually moves enterprise deals forward.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
  • Build a continuous competitive intelligence process to understand market developments, emerging competitors, and category evolution.
  • Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Bring customer and market insights back to Product to influence roadmap discussions and feature prioritisation.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to assess messaging effectiveness and commercial impact.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in product marketing for technically complex B2B enterprise software products, with meaningful ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, and the ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear business narratives.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer decision-making, and sales-assisted go-to-market motions.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing product launches and creating sales enablement materials actively used by commercial teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers.
  • Strong strategic thinking supported by customer research, competitive intelligence, and performance data.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing while influencing decisions without formal authority.
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset with the autonomy to own initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, establishing processes, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

We care more about what you've built, the impact you've delivered, and how you think than the number of years on your CV or your academic background.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with AI-native, LLM, or enterprise AI products.
  • Exposure to highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI infrastructure, orchestration, model routing, cost optimisation, or reliability tooling.
  • Experience creating or shaping a new market category.
  • Previous involvement in analyst relations with organisations such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.
  • Experience defining ICPs and buyer segmentation from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and product marketing workflows.
  • English and Spanish bilingual, where Spanish is a plus not a must.

By submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and retained by the company solely for the purposes of managing and assessing my candidacy.
