About the role

As a Senior Product Manager in the Consumers Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our core mission: building a loveable discovery experience powered by AI for millions of property seekers across key EU markets (Otodom, Storia, Imovirtual). Your specific mandate is to be the driving force behind the quality and completeness of every property ad on our platform, ensuring our inventory offers the very best selection. The quality and completeness of a property ad directly dictate the trust, efficiency, and speed of the seeker's journey.

Please note that this role is based in Spain. Remote work within Spain is possible; however, you must be based in and legally eligible to work in Spain. Remote work from outside Spain is not possible.

What you will be doing

• Be the first advocate for Seeker experience and Property Ad Quality across the organization
• Define and own the long‑term vision and strategy for content enrichment, delivering innovative solutions that leverage AI to transform the property discovery experience
• Drive the AI innovations agenda by closely collaborating with Data Science
• Define the quarterly OKRs for your domain and own the execution of the product roadmap, clearly articulating the rationale and business impact.
• Provide guidance to the product development team to deliver valuable features that impact the way our users interact with the platform
• Conduct experiments and run A/B tests to understand which initiatives will have the most impact on success metrics you defined
• Create and prioritize hypotheses, initiate user research and work with product analysts, data scientists, tech leads and UX researchers to understand user problems and verify ideas
• Collaborate with other teams to enable them to deliver marketplace‑enhancing features
• Manage stakeholders across business and engineering to ensure alignment on strategy, delivery, and vision.

Your Profile:

• Extensive years of experience in product management – ideally within an international set‑up and at a high‑traffic consumer Internet or e‑commerce company
• Proven track record of defining and successfully delivering product strategies within high‑growth, consumer‑facing technology companies
• Exceptional cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and drive alignment
• Highly impact/outcome‑oriented mindset demonstrated by a track record of using data and experimentation to drive measurable user or business impact
• Experience with seeker/buyer‑facing products
• Curiosity! – initiative to dig into the why & what
• Experience in hypothesis and data‑based product development, e.g., user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A/B testing, usability testing, data analysis
• Capability to understand technical concepts and discuss deep technical topics with development teams
• Experience working in a complex matrix organisation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient English is required
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
