Lodgify is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Global Experience to own the end-to-end host journey across shared surfaces such as Calendar, Reservations, and AI-Cohost. You will lead the strategy to create personalized experiences guiding hosts from onboarding to long-term success.

You will drive activation, reduce churn, and unify cross-product journeys by partnering with Design, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver a seamless, intelligent platform for hospitality professionals worldwide.

Formación

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or TravelTech.
• Deep experience with lifecycle dynamics: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation.

Responsabilidades

• Map and optimize the end-to-end host journey across core surfaces.
• Define UI/UX patterns and workflows for high-frequency tools like Calendar and Reservations.
• Identify friction points and launch interventions to improve activation and reduce churn.
• Build intelligent, personalized host experiences from onboarding to growth.
• Collaborate with Design and Analytics to simplify booking and accelerate tasks.
• Coordinate across engineering and domain teams to deliver a unified experience.
