Remote is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Fraud and Compliance in Fintech. You will own risk strategies across onboarding verification, credit risk, and compliance workflows, evolving automated systems while partnering with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal and Engineering.

You will drive proactive detection, automation, and scalable risk decisions in a high-autonomy role reporting to the Director of Product.

Formación

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code; able to build, debug and ship prototypes.
• AI fluency with a view on how automation transforms risk operations and workflows.
• Seasoned Product Manager with a track record on platform, API, or tools for operational teams.
• Platform mindset to build extensible systems scalable with minimal manual work.
• Strong UX sensibilities in risk/compliance tooling.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration across compliance, engineering, design, treasury and legal.
• Data-driven decision-making with ability to query data and use visualisation tools.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
• Good judgment on prioritization and feature scope decisions.
• Business-level English writing and speaking.
• Domain knowledge in risk/compliance platforms and third‑party screening or fraud tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own credit risk assessment and reserve management; evolve models and tooling.
• Fraud detection and prevention; manage controls and dispute workflows.
• Compliance automation for onboarding—KYB, AML screening, background checks.
• Build platform-oriented systems extendable by operations without heavy engineering.
• Collaborate with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves and enforcement.
• Lead a product team delivering high throughput and ROI; improve automation KPIs.
• Stakeholder alignment across risk, ops, finance and senior leadership.
